新加坡就业准证 (EP) 验证要求的变更内容已于最近发布。

随着互补专才评估框架 (COMPASS) 的实施，所有声明的中学以上文凭及更高资质都必须予以验证。这一要求从 2023 年 9 月 1 日起适用于新的 EP 申请，并从 2024 年 9 月 1 日起适用于续签申请。

如在 EP 申请中声明相关资质，验证将是一项强制要求。需要从这些资质中获得分数以通过 COMPASS 的雇主必须在其 EP 申请中声明这些资质。相反，不需要获得这些分数的雇主则不要求作出这些声明。

互补专才评估框架 (COMPASS)

从 2023 年 9 月 1 日起，就业准证候选人必须遵守两个阶段的资格框架。除了满足薪资资格外（第 1 阶段），EP 候选人必须通过基于分数的互补专才评估框架（第 2 阶段）。

COMPASS 可以让雇主选择高潜力的外籍专业人才，同时提高劳动力多样性，打造强劲的本地核心。这种透明的体系将为企业的招聘规划提供更大的明确性和确定性。

COMPASS 将适用于：

2023 年 9 月 1 日起的新申请
2024 年 9 月 1 日起的续签申请
